Winter Squash Fact Sheet
We are growing several different types of winter squash that thrive in this climate. These sweet and nutrient dense squash are harvested in late July, cured and stored (shelf life varies by variety) until earing throughout the fall and winter. They are a delicious addition to a curry, roast, pie, or pizza!

Asian greens are quick maturing (fast growing) crops that do much better in the Southeast compared to other cool season green we struggle to grow (spinach). Some of the greens are best cooked while others are delicious raw. Learn more about the greens we grow.
